1. Pack Your Items
Place your items inside the safety bag included with your return mailer. Then, insert your safety bag into the pre-paid return mailer automatically insured for $25,000.
2. Ship Your Gold
Drop your appraisal kit off at any FedEx, Walgreens, or contact your Lone Star Exclusives advisor to schedule an at-home pickup. All shipments include $25,000 of insurance. Please call your Lone Star Exclusives advisor at (800)218-0623 to arrange additional insurance up to $100,000.
3. Accept Your Offer
Once your shipment arrives, we'll promptly evaluate your valuables and reach out with our cash offer. Once you accept it, we'll pay you the very same day!
