At Lone Star Exclusives, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a great option to ensure you’re completely happy with your purchase:

Love It or Swap It Policy

  • Reselection must be requested within 3 calendar days of the original delivery date.
  • This applies to furniture purchases delivered to your home by Lone Star Exclusives.
  • The original item must be in its original condition and free of damage or excessive wear.
  • Mattresses are not eligible for reselection.

How to Make a Reselection

  • Contact us within 3 days of your original delivery date.
  • Our team will assist you in selecting a replacement item of equal or greater value.

Fees & Charges

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to the original furniture item.
  • A new delivery fee applies for the reselected item.
  • If the new item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for the price difference.
  • The original delivery fee is non-refundable.

Refund

  • Receive a refund for the original item, minus a 10% restocking fee.
  • The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
  • Refund  must be requested within 3 calendar days of the original delivery date.

Important Notes

  • Refunds and reselections must be requested within the 3-day window.
  • Only one reselection is permitted per eligible purchase.
  • Not available on clearance, as-is, or final sale items.
  • Lone Star Exclusives reserves the right to decline if:
    • The item does not meet condition requirements.
    • The request is made outside the 3-day window.
