At Lone Star Exclusives, we strive to make receiving your furniture as convenient as possible. Please review our Pickup and Delivery Policy below for information on delivery zones, in-store pickup, and scheduling.

1. Free In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup at our showroom location.

  • Pickup is available during regular business hours.

  • Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.

  • Bring a copy of your receipt or order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

  • Customers are responsible for securing and transporting merchandise upon pickup.

2. Local Delivery (Within 45 Miles)

We offer professional home delivery within a 45-mile radius of Bryan/College Station, Texas.

  • Delivery fees apply and will be quoted at the time of sale.

  • Our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window.

  • Please ensure someone 18 years or older is present to accept the delivery.

3. Extended Delivery (Beyond 45 Miles)

If you live outside the 45-mile radius, delivery may still be available upon request.

  • Additional fees and extended scheduling times may apply.

  • Contact us for a custom delivery quote and availability in your area.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery includes placement of furniture in the room of your choice and removal of packaging materials.

  • Please ensure that entryways, staircases, and hallways are clear and accessible.

  • We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit through doorways or up staircases.

  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Damage or Issues

Inspect your furniture at the time of delivery or pickup.

  • Any visible damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your item.

  • We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
