4. Orders & Payment

5. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information and availability at the time of delivery. If you are not available during the scheduled delivery window, a re-delivery fee may apply.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Reselections
Please refer to our Love It or Swap It Policy for information on reselections and returns. All mattress sales are final. Returned items must be in original condition and within the stated timeframes. Fees may apply for restocking and redelivery.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lone Star Exclusives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
